Annual
International EAIMS Congress Program (AIECP) is an annual
international congress
organized by EAIMS, in which the foreign & the Egyptian
medical students and physicians can present the results of
their researches around a given topic under the
supervision of professors and staff members of Kasr Alainy
medical school - Faculty of medicine, Cairo university,
Egypt.

All incoming international medical candidates during
August & September 2007 are welcomed to join AIECP. All
incoming candidates are invited to present an abstract of
a “Case Study” done by them at Kasr Alaini University
Hospitals during their clerkship time.
Preparation of Abstracts:

The abstract must be in English and include title,
author(s), university, & country. The abstract text
should not exceed 250 words. Title should be typed in
CAPITAL LETTERS. Skip a line after title.

The name of author(s) should be written with the
initial(s) in lower-case letters and with the name of
presenting author underlined. Type the name of author(s)
preceded by initials.
Abstract must include:
-
A brief statement of the objective (preferably one
sentence).
-
A brief statement of the methods.
-
A summary of the results, presented in sufficient
details to support your conclusions that will be
presented at the end of the abstract.

Use single line spacing and keep all text within the
margins of the abstract form.
-
Recommended font is 10 pts Times New Roman.
-
Only standard abbreviations may be used in the text and
they must be defined by being placed in brackets, just
after the full word or phrase the first time it is
typed.
-
Numerals should be used for numbers except when
beginning a sentence.
-
Non-proprietary (generic) names should be used the first
time a drug is mentioned and the proprietary name should
be underlined.
Technical Presentation Facilities:
All presentations will be via PowerPoint facilities.
Registration is for free, and all participants will have
certificates for attendance.
